About us
Sanlev SA makes small, thin-walled custom aluminium profiles and delivers them to manufacturers as finished components. Extrusion, precision cutting (pieces from 5 mm, +0.10 / −0 mm), punching and Qualicoat Seaside powder coating are all done in-house in Aspropyrgos, Greece; anodising and CNC machining are handled through qualified partners on the same order. Profiles fit a 180 mm circle (160 mm hollow), with walls from 0.80 mm, in EN AW-6060, 6063, 6005A and 6106, to EN 12020-2 or tighter. We have no products of our own, so we never compete with our customers: we check every new drawing for extrudability before the die is cut, trace every bundle back to its billet, and label and pack for your line. Our profiles go into roller and security shutters, bicycle rims, solar thermal collectors, lighting, air curtains, HVAC grilles, ventilation, vehicle roof racks and 4×4 accessories, furniture and ladders. Flexible call-offs from 500 kg. Made in the EU, with verified EPDs and a low-carbon option of 3.35 kg CO₂e/kg. Extruding since 1979; exporting across Europe and to the United States, Israel and South Africa.
